Q1. What is your terms of packing?
1/ The pipes are packed with service protection materials. All the others are packed by wooden boxes.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
1/ 30% as deposit and the balanced be paid before delivery. We will offer installation photos before asking you to proceed the balanced.
Q3. What is your payment way?
1/ T/T,LC,Western Union
Q4. How about your delivery time?
1/ Generally, it will take around 15 to 30 days after receiving your deposit. It will have connection with the fountain designs and the customer voltage.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
1/ Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
1/ We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and shipping.
